Доминирующий состав микромицетов в корневых окончаниях клюквы крупноплодной при культивировании на выработанных торфяниках
Аннотация
Проведен метагенетический (коды доступа в NCBI GenBank PRJNA887 247, PRJNA8 875 562, PRJNA892121) анализ микобиомов корневых окончаний саженцев клюквы крупноплодной, культивируемых на выработанных торфяниках. Идентифицировано 255 генотипических вариантов грибов. Среди доминирующих групп микромицетов отмечены Sebacina spp., Oidiodendron maius, Rhizoscyphus spp. и некультивируемые грибы. По результатам микроскопического анализа корневых окончаний отмечена особенность, связанная с развитием внутриклеточной несептированной мицелиальной сети с многочисленными вздутиями, образованными предположительно эндофитными грибами.
